The ICI Coaching courses are designated for those coaches who are starting and want to learn how to become a coach or who are professionals and want to extend their level of expertise.
Join the International Coaches Institute, a meeting point for all professionals in the tennis industry who want to specialize in the competitive field & Meet us at Emilio Sanchez Academy in Naples, Florida.
-The courses are available onsite in our beautiful tennis academy located in Naples Florida twice a year in June and December. This Summer edition goes from May 27th to May 31st. The academy is located Near Naples's prettiest beaches and sunsets, our private tennis academy has all the services needed for a perfect stay.
-We also have online courses (ICI Level 1 & 2) for those coaches who prefer to take the courses at any moment and at their own pace for 8 weeks from the start of the course. They are available all week long.

ICI LEVEL 1 - COMPETITIVE COACHING COURSE
Onsite: Summer edition: May 27th-29th
Online: All year-round
The Competitive coaching course is for a coach that is training competitive level players from initiation until formation level, this is a little content about what is covered in the 1st course. The tennis pyramid and the 4 components of tennis.
This course will help you acquire the necessary skills needed to transition to the next level of the tennis pyramid, coaching players from 12 to 18 years old.
- Strokes and mechanics of the game.
- Basic chain of exercises of the Spanish tennis teaching system.
- Mental training for competitive players.
- The use of doubles to improve singles.
- The Habits of a good coach.
- Physical training for competition level.

ONLINE COURSES - SIGN UP FORM
ICI LEVEL 2 - PRO COACHING COURSE
Onsite: Summer edition-May 29th-May 31st
Online: All year-round
The Pro-coaching course is for a coach that is training advanced to pro-level players from formation until elite level, this is a little content about what is covered in the 2nd course.
This course will help you acquire the necessary skills needed to transition to the next level of the tennis pyramid, coaching players from 12 to 18 years old.
- Physical training exercises for Pro level.
- Transition in ATP & WTA.
- Movement and transfer of weight drills.
- Multidirectional controls.
- Change of speeds.
- Explosive power.
- Developing mental pillar at Pro Level.
- Defensive drills for high-level players.
- Traveling on tour.

ICI LEVEL 2 - DOUBLES COACHING COURSE
Onsite: Summer edition-May 31st
The Doubles level is for those coaches interested in learning the doubles games, strategies, and drills and also the use of them in the singles.
You learn extensive information such as:
- How to train Life balls in Doubles
- Serve Chain
- Return Chain
- Habits of a good coach
- Areas of play in doubles
- ESology Doubles

TESTING
*In order to obtain the testing/certification/USPTA credits once you have done the online course you have to schedule a test with us in one of our Emilio Sanchez academies. Email us for further details at [email protected]
Certifications and testing are only available for ICI Level 1 & ICI Level 2
2 TESTS: Writing Test On Court Coaching Test.
CERTIFICATIONS THAT YOU OBTAIN AFTER TESTING:* ICI Competition Coach (+80%) RPT Competition Coach ICI Assistant Coach (+60%) RPT Assistant Coach.
Participants will receive a Certification Diploma from the International Coaches Institute – ICI and the International Registry of Tennis Professionals–RPT. For levels 1 & level 2 you obtain 20 USPTA Education Credits for each.
FEE'S
Test Fee & Club Services: 300 $ (US) The test will always be carried out in person at any center of the Emilio Sánchez Academy or any ICI / RPT course taught all over the world. Once you have passed the on-court and written exams, you will receive the corresponding professional qualifications from the International Coaches Institute and the Registro Profesional de Tenis / Registry of Tennis Professionals.
USPTA & RPT Members: 100$ discount online/onsite course fee.
